This notice reflects Resary's current setup (static website + email updates + third-party checkout + Instagram comment auto-replies). It will be updated when collection practices or providers change.

1. Information we collect

No account is required to browse the site. If you subscribe to email updates, we collect your email address and subscription/consent records (signup time, confirmation status). Our hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to operate and secure the site.

2. Purpose

To send the updates you asked for about tested AI resources, free materials and product changes, and to keep the service reliable and secure.

3. Service providers and international transfers

Kit, Inc. (United States) — subscriber management and email delivery. Data: email address, subscription/consent records. Retained while your subscription is active.

Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — hosting, security (DDoS/firewall), cookieless visit analytics and forwarding of contact@resary.com. Data: request logs, messages you send us.

4. Payments

Paid resources are sold and delivered through Littly. Resary does not collect or store card or payment details; Littly's privacy terms apply to checkout.

5. Instagram auto-replies

If you comment on a @resary_ai or @naristack post, we send you the guide link by DM. To do this we process, through the Instagram API (Meta), your Instagram username, the comment ID, text (up to 200 characters) and time, and the IDs of the DM and reply we sent. These records are deleted automatically after 30 days. Details and deletion requests: Data deletion.

6. Retention and deletion

Subscription data is deleted without undue delay after you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it for longer.

7. Your rights

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data at the contact below.

8. Cookies

The Resary site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The email signup form (Kit) may use storage needed for the form to work.
