Data deletion
Resary runs an auto-reply on the Instagram accounts @resary_ai and @naristack that sends a guide link by DM to people who comment on our posts. This page explains what we process and how to have it deleted.
1. What we process
Only the following, received through the Instagram API (Meta): your Instagram username, the comment ID, the comment text (up to 200 characters), the comment time, and the IDs and times of the DM and reply we sent. We never receive passwords, contact details or payment information.
2. Why
To send you the guide link you asked for once, and to avoid sending it to you twice. We do not use it for advertising, sell it or share it with third parties.
3. Retention
These records are deleted automatically 30 days after processing. Your comment and the DM itself are stored by Instagram, and you can delete them in the Instagram app at any time.
4. How to request deletion
- Email contact@resary.com, or send an Instagram DM to @resary_ai or @naristack.
- Write “data deletion request” and include your Instagram username.
- We delete all related records within 30 days of your request and confirm through the same channel.
